Do I need to own AXIS Oblivion to use Scorched Earth?

No — AXIS Oblivion: Scorched Earth runs inside of Kontakt as an independent instrument, however all of the sounds and snapshots in Scorched Earth are also included in AXIS Oblivion.

Does Scorched Earth have loops and one shots?
